Wow, wow, wow what an intense, suspenseful, roller coaster of emotions, heart tugging book by Brittney Sahin. From the first page to the last I couldn't put it down and the detailed descriptions that the author wrote about the characters, the threat, the emotions I couldn't help but feel right in the middle of all the action as it jumped out from the pages at me.Jake and Alexa are like the perfect power couple with all their talents as secret agents and as they work together to bring down a terrorist the feelings they had for each other when they had a week together come back. Alexa has an advantage as she remembers Jake but Jake doesn't remember Alexa as he has amnesia but still feels a strong connection to her. Another surprise to both of them is that neither knew that the other was actually a secret agent, Jake an FBI agent and Alexa an M16 agent. As they work together with the governments they become close again and when he finally regains his memory he remembers what happened between them. As they race against the clock to stop the terrorist attack they both have to put all their talents together to be able to win.An amazing and intense book where both Jake and Alexa were strong people and where I found myself fisting my hands, tensing my jaw and even had a few tears during the emotional times....WELL DONE Brittney Sahin.
